Haigh's Spiced Chocolate Truffles

Haigh's Chocolates Spiced Christmas Truffle


  • 250ml cream (to boil)
  • 500g Haigh's 70% Cocoa Dark Pastilles


  • Place chocolate in a large glass mixing bowl.
  • Place cream in a saucepan and bring to the boil, then immediately pour cream over Haigh's 70% Cocoa Dark Pastilles.
  • Mix gently until chocolate has melted.
  • Pour into shallow baking dish eg slice tin
  • Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.
  • Mark into even bite size pieces.
  • Roll mixture into balls in the palm of your hands.
  • Roll in Haigh's Spiced Drinking Chocolate and enjoy!
