Haigh's Chocolates Spiced Christmas Truffle
Ingredients:
250ml cream (to boil)
500g Haigh's 70% Cocoa Dark Pastilles
Method:
Place chocolate in a large glass mixing bowl.
Place cream in a saucepan and bring to the boil, then immediately pour cream over Haigh's 70% Cocoa Dark Pastilles.
Mix gently until chocolate has melted.
Pour into shallow baking dish eg slice tin
Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.
Mark into even bite size pieces.
Roll mixture into balls in the palm of your hands.
Roll in Haigh's Spiced Drinking Chocolate and enjoy!
